Gemma runs programs for Empowering Bodies & Minds.. this is advertised in detail under our services page. 

Gemma loves to work with teens & vulnerable or minority groups who require assistance and support with a specialty for the LGBTQIA community with thanks to her ongoing support and training through Shine SA. 

Gemma possesses extensive knowledge and talent across various art forms, with a personal passion for painting in both acrylic and watercolour. Gemma also loves creating sculptures and three-dimensional canvas pieces, showcasing her versatility and creativity. Her artwork adorns our art room, providing inspiration and serving as a source of ideas for those who come to explore their own creativity.

As a support worker and facilitator, Gemma brings patience, experience, and a calming presence to her sessions. Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, participants will not only learn about different artistic techniques but, more importantly, will discover how to tap into their own intuition and inspiration.

James serves as our diligent Administration Assistant, bringing a friendly and approachable personality to our team. His passion for supporting our Practice Manager is evident in his dedication to ensuring smooth operations within the office. James plays a pivotal role in creating and managing our media content and is responsible for maintaining effective communication with both current and prospective clients. His commitment extends beyond the office as he actively engages with the local community, fostering organic growth and strengthening our community ties.


Outside of work, James has a keen interest in collecting Pop Vinyls, a hobby that reflects his appreciation for creativity and pop culture. A devoted fan of the Manchester City Football Team, he eagerly follows their matches and shares in the excitement of their victories. In his spare time, James enjoys playing soccer, which not only keeps him active but also feeds his love for the sport.
